1. How long does it take to arrive at me?

2. Do I need to pay custom duties?
We do not pay any of fee the Tax .The price on aliexpress does not include customs tax and fee if it happens, buyer should pay it by himself, if you do not agree, please do not buy to avoid troubles .
The custom duties are charged by importing countries. Though we can't control this, we will help you to declare a lower value at customs. Normally, we declear a car dvd value $150, but we show value $200 for our Brazil buyers. Therefore, most of our customers do not need to pay custom duties or just pay few.
If you have special requirements for declared value, please explain to us when you place orders.Wincen will try the best to help our buyer to minimize the risk of paying Taxes.
Once tax happened, please pay the tax. Otherwise, the customs will destroy the product, and you will get nothing. We will not be responsible for this.
3. Will I pay more when I receive my product?
You will pay no more when you receive your purchased items except the following conditions.
A. If your address belong to remote area of DHL, or UPS, or Fedex, we will contact you to pay the shipping difference about $40 before we ship it out. Please pay it as soon as possible, so that we can send out your item in time. We will send it by other shippment way if you don`t pay fee of remote area
B. If you change your shipping address after we send your items out, please contact us to pay the fee about $30 caused by changing shipping address.
